Laura A. Garcia is an award-winning director and producer whose work spans both independent film and major network television — blending sharp storytelling instincts with real-world production expertise.

On television, Laura serves as Co-Producer at NBC Universal, where she has helped shape some of the network's most enduring dramas: Chicago Fire, Chicago P.D., Chicago Med, and Law & Order: SVU.

As an independent filmmaker, Laura channels her voice into original, character-driven stories. Her short Laundryman has earned over 3.9 million views on YouTube and screened at festivals from Venice to Fort Myers — where it won Best Short Short. Her latest short, Bad Karma, continues its festival run with selections at Calabasas, Marina del Rey, Studio City, and more.
